Return/Refund Policy:

DVDs may be returned for a refund of purchase costs (exclusive of international or premium domestic shipping costs) minus a $4.25 shipping, handling and restocking fee within 10 days of receipt. DVDs must be returned unopened and unused, with return postage paid by the purchaser.

Defective DVDs, and those damaged in shipment or damaged because of faulty packaging, can be returned, within 10 days of receipt, for a replacement, with economy shipping costs for return and replacement paid for by seller. To receive a replacement, damaged DVDs must be returned to seller in the condition received by purchaser.
